WP3 Creating learning facilities

In this work package we aim to concretise valorisation of nature restoration knowledge to learning facilities, with a focus on the needs of the learners. We produce a MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) to capture and convey perspectives of the NRL and its implementation in the European and national contexts. We strengthen theoretical and interdisciplinary know-how to enable more extensive implementation of the NRL and produce comprehensive learning facilities independent of time and place.

The MOOC will be published on this website once it is completed.

Current progress

During the first year of the project, partners have collaboratively developed the initial concept and structure of the FutureLand MOOC. The preliminary design was discussed and refined during the Reflection Workshop in Girona in June 2026.

The FutureLand MOOC will build upon the competence framework, expert survey and webinar series developed in WP2 and will provide accessible learning opportunities related to the implementation of the EU Nature Restoration Law.

Interested in the FutureLand MOOC?

The MOOC is currently under development and will be piloted through the FutureLand Learning Labs before its public launch. It will be published at the end of the project.
